Tuesday June 24th 2008 (Round 1)
The first qualifying round for the Singha Corporate Challenge 2008 at Muang Kaew Golf Course once again successfully proved to be one of Thailand’s best golf tournaments where all golfers played under professional rules, using the Best Ball, 36 System and Stable ford scoring system. For the fifth consecutive year, the Singha Corporate Challenge at Muang Kaew Golf Course will advance 16 teams from each of the four qualifying rounds to play the Grand Final on 21st October 2008 at Muang Kaew Golf Course. This year the winning team will win a return trip from Srilankan Airlines to play for 3 days, including accommodations, at the famous Victoria Golf & Country Resort, located in Srilanka. The 16 teams qualified from the First round and will advance to the Grand Final include:
In addition to these qualifiers, the team of Khun Vasu Khunvasi and Khun Pissapong Pongpanich won Low Gross and will also be advanced to play against other winning Low Gross from each qualifying rounds on the Grand Final to win a 3 day play and 2 night stay at Chiangmai Highlands Golf and Spa Resort. Tuesday 21st October 2008 (Grand Final)
K. Kittichai Prateepsritorn and K. Patpong Laotrakool have captured the Singha Corporate Challenge 2008 at Muang Kaew Golf Course. The pair of Muang Kaew golfers won the grand prize trip on Sri Lankan Airlines to play Victoria Golf and Country Resort in Sri Lanka. The Singha Corporate Challenge 2008 consisted of 4 qualifying rounds where 16 teams from each round advanced to the grand final. The tournament series which is also played at Chiangmai Highlands Golf & Spa Resort in Chiangmai. Through the four qualifying rounds, sixty-four teams qualified to compete for the grand prize trip to Sri Lanka. This Tuesday at Muang Kaew Golf Course K. Kittichai Prateepsritorn and K. Patpong Laotrakool became the champions of the Singha Corporate Challenge 2008. The Singha Corporate Challenge at Muang Kaew Golf course ran from June through until the grand final in October. In the Low Gross category, K.Benja Rattanapan and K. Prayon Kittilarb won a trip to play and stay at Chiangmai Highland Golf & Spa Resort in Chingmai including the Air ticket Stableford Score
